If you have been an active broker in the Virginia Medicare Supplement market for the past two years, you are probably aware that United of Omaha has been the most competitive in the market. However, that will be changing on November, 2^nd. United of Omaha has announced a significant rate increase for plans A, F, G, and M that will be effective November 16, 2011 on new business and December 1, 2011 on enforced business for United of Omaha 2010 Modernized Medicare supplement (Policies effective on or after June 1, 2010) in Virginia.
